Aftermath

Today is Monday. I participated in Adrenaline Rush [] two days ago (there’s a post about that coming).

Since the race I’ve been celebrating, eating all the sugar and processed carbs I’d been (somewhat) avoiding. Already I feel terrible. Already I’ve had a two chocolate bars, Digestive biscuits, Bourbon spread, almost a full 200g bag of toffee popcorn, a McDonalds, and pizza on two separate occasions. I feel bloated and unhealthy, like I want to scrub myself with a wire brush. I know that’s a lot of badness to consume in 48 hours, but I didn’t expect to feel this bad.

Two days later, and I can’t wait to exercise and eat clean. I’m so dull.
